SSI to change government

The Sea Spray Islands has just underwent a massive change. President McTwoPoint0 has just announced that SSI will no longer be a republic, but be run by a 'one party system' with him in charge. This has come after months of inactivity from both the president and most of the nations population. Even the vice president, EntityM, had left the server a few weeks after the first election conceided.

TheAllSeeingBird, leader of the opposition party 'SSI Democrats' has been unable to comment on the seeming disslution of his opponent party, the Union Party, and his own. McTwoPoint0 said in his announcement that he had decided that democracy was no longer the way to go for SSI as "SSI's population is too small to bother having elections and that elections have also appeared to be a one sided coin: You win the election, then never implement your promises because you were too busy with something else, or you win the election and put so much effort into implementing your policies that all other projects get sidelined,"

He also said in his statement that one more election will be held, for the new position of 'Grand Vizier' which is ment to be his 'second in command'. While this new role is expected to assist the leader of our nation in running the country, MctwoPoint0 made it clear the most of the power would be held by him alone.
