A historic event for the Sea Spray Island's has occured: One of the nation's oldest and most iconic buildings, The Covenant Building, has been completed. The building's construction began shortly after the completion of the first building in the nation, McTwoPoint0's house, and would go through many concept reworks before the final design, adapted from the original design by TaylorWorld, was chosen. The building has three floors, an entry lobby on the ground floor, an set of offices on the second, and a large blueprints and storage room on the third. The roof has a set of ventilation units and a large sign, a 3-D rendition of the Covenant Engineering Logo, designed by JVTA. The building still has a few monor details such as lights and signs that need to be added, but apart form that, the building is complete. Due to the scrapping of the covenant shipyards idea, which would have connected to the side of the building, the company's HQ will likely undergo further, minor changes. McTwoPoint0, dictator of SSI and chairman of Covenant Engineering, has said he is very pleased with the results. He has also stated that concept work on the rest of Sea Spray City has begun. We at the Sea Spray Islands Herald believe that the completion of this historic building will bring a new era of progress and prosperity to the city, and the island's as a whole.
